Replaced parts once - charged ridiculous fee.
It didn't - they came back and charged $70 for essentially doing nothing.
The reason it didn't work is because they didn't flip a switch they need to the first time.
I called the boss of the company and asked them to adjust the bill - he just hung up on me.
