The sales associate had problems taking my payment by check so, the owner came over and I noticed he had tobacco in his mouth and only asked for the last four digits of my husbands social.He was the one who had sold us the two Iphones two weeks before and was so nice and friendly.He walked back over to the other side of the store and spit into a cup.I kept asking about what my next months bill might be .The associate was trying to look up the answer but didn't say anything.So, I asked the store owner. He looked at me and said I can't tell you that. He was sounding very angry.I then said you are being very different today to me then two weeks ago.He said what do you mean? I said Also very unprofessional by asking your sales associate about another lady customer while he was helping me. He became very angry and said I'm the owner here and no one talks to me like that,and I want you to leave my store.I couldn't believe how angry he became. I said I would complain to Verizon. He said this is my store.He said again for me to get out of his store.I said you are so rude.I didn't realize when we bought the Iphones thru him that his store is a franchise or indirect store of Verizon.They do have a corporate store at Valley View.I'm sixty-eight years old and have never been treated like that in a store.
