Design and build of custom house. Worked with them for a year on the design phase. Very helpful with suggestions and possible improvements to what we wanted. We did this from several hours away and they always accommodated our schedule and quickly answered any questions we had via email and phone . Had us start working with subs early so they also knew what we wanted and were able to provide input during the design phase that allowed construction to proceed on schedule as major decisions were all made prior to start of construction. Gave us great recommendations on local vendors for products we needed to pick out, lights, bathroom fixtures, tile and carpet, etc. Once construction started we were kept well informed of progress and any decisions they needed from us to keep on schedule. Very happy with finished product and found them to be excellent value for the dollar. Highly recommend you look at them if you are considering any construction needs in your future.
