Everybody at Gautier's was so friendly and helpful, and patient! I had to go to my estimate appointment with my 4 year old twins, and the employees were not only understanding, but also brought out a bucket full of toys and trinkets for my children to play with and bring a gift home. The work done in my car matches exactly, you cannot tell it is a new mirror. Work was completed in the exact timeframe I was told. They took great care to ensure the interior of my car stayed clean, wrapping entire driver seat in plastic. The office is clean and neat and welcoming!

Went fine. Located a replacement mirror assembly, which is a bit of a challenge for older cars. First one didn't have the right connector, so had to get another one. Turned out to be the same color as my car and in pretty good shape, so repainting wasn't needed. That cost saving meant that I paid a significant amount less than the original estimate. So good on them for that! I really got the feeling that they had my best interests at heart. I should note that I've dealt with this establishment for literally decades and they've always been great! This is just the first Angie's List review I've written (new AL member here).

They are excellent. They are courteous, right on time, take most insurance, and they are very friendly and dependable. They will call you and update you on the repairs. I love them.
