Sunshine Tree Service

We ended up not paying them because they just destroyed my tree so you can really replace the tree once you top it, there is no going back from that, tree does not recover, we did not pay them. We had a limb that was like over our electrical line and it was damaged in a storm and they had come to my door to fix that, there were couple of branches that were like hanging really really low there was a huge, that were my neighbors yard and everything. I specifically tell them I do not want top my tree I just want this like cut a little bit, and I showed them where I wanted to cut and he is like ya ya no problem and then I came out and my tree was like destroyed then I stopped him at that point. My husband had a call to talk to the owner twice to explain like why it was done and then they came out and they wanted like partial payment I was like no, you guys just destroyed my tree which I am going to enjoy for years to come and I am very disappointed and I am not paying for that and they disagreed with me for not paying them for destroying my tree. Their price was good. They were responsive. I would not use them again.
