They are a trust worthy legit tree service company and I know that's hard to find. You don't have to worry with them.

At the end of the first day approximately $700 of the work was done.  We had agreed that he would be able to charge to my credit card using only the numbers off the card without the magnetic strip.  Later he said he could not do that he needed cash.  Which I did not have.   The next day near lunch I brought a check for $1,000.  At that time it was made clear that as soon as all the remaining work was completed the contractor should let me know and I would drive to the house, inspect the work, and make final payment.  Contractor called me later the same day and said the work was complete.  The next day  I made the 1.5 hour drive to the property  and discovered that another 6 hours of work was needed.  I told him I'd come back when he was done.  I went back near 5:45 PM.  No one was around I assumed they'd left for the day and I drove home again (1.5 hour drive).  That night contractor rep called me and said he was done.  I explained I had left for home.  He was enraged and insisted I come back.  I listened to his venting and threats patently.  When he settled down I said I'd come back the next day and review the completed work.  I promised to get there by 12:00 noon, provided he was done.  He insisted that he was done.  The next day I was there by noon.  The contractor was working.  The work wasn't done.  Two more limbs in the back yard needed to be removed, limbs on the ground in the front yard needed removal and the tree in the front needed to be trimmed.   At least 3 or 4 more hours of hard work would be required.  The contractor was onsite working.  I spoke with the rep to ensure he understood what work was still to be completed.  This time I waited inside the house while the contractor completed the work.  That afternoon I inspected the work again.  He'd left the back yard stumps 2 or so feet above the ground.  I reminded him that they were to be closer to flush to the ground.  The Rep said that he couldn't cut them any closer.  I accepted the work and paid the remain amount.

Stanley's Tree Service does marvelous work. Nobody can do a better job than he does. He has the best prices. He gets right back to you when you call him. He is outstanding. He takes care of my yard twice a year.

He came out to redo the trees that a company prior to him had done. He secured over 20 trees that had fallen on the ground . He untagled them and replanted them. During this hurricane, the trees didn't move. He is honest, straight-laced, and professional. His pricing is excellent. The quality of his work is superior. Please know that he only takes cash.
