Jose was very easy to connect with, and he was very careful in removing the tree which was near a fence. He and his crew worked diligently to get the work done quickly and efficiently.

I had Three large trees down in an area where my kids play. Within minutes Of asking Smart Saw For an estimate they were out in 15 minutes gave us a great estimate. I have had many companies out to do work on my trees over the many years as we lived in a wooded area. they were very prompt they came out the very next day which was July 4. They were hard-working, professional they had the job done very quickly and professionally. The owner asked me to survey their work afterwards to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Jose was wonderful. From the get-go, he was extremely professional and communicative. He had updates for me on very aspect of the job, which was very helpful, as I could rarely be home through the process. Miss Utility? He sent me a copy of the request. When it was time to get the job done, he worked quickly and whenever he and his crew would wrap up for the day, they left the place so clean it was hard to tell that they had been there at all. Pretty good since he was doing stump removal, which is a very messy job! If you need something done, DO NOT HESITATE to give Jose a call! He has been an absolute joy to work with.

They were quick and they cleaned up well after their manager told them to be more thorough since they were not doing a great job initially. I followed up with them to try and schedule an appointment for the **other part of the job** which was to remove the stump completely after they had cut down my tree. The same woman I had worked with who was easy to work with before, was being difficult. She seemed to really not want to come back to do the rest of the job. She suggested it would cost too much and I may not want to go through them. After she told me the price, I said I am willing to pay. She did not follow up with me. I kept trying to contact her but she did not seem interested in the job. I was disappointed.

Not only did they show up on time to remove a tree that had fallen in my yard, but they cleared and cleaned the area where the tree was and did it in a very short amount of time!

We found Smart Saw on HomeAdvisor based on its outstanding rating. This rating is very well deserved. Jose and his crew cleared around 1.5 acre of wooded area which has not been taken care of for at least 20 years. They removed several very old big trees and many smaller ones, cleared underbrush and vines. They also removed dangerous old branches from very tall trees, cleared tree stumps and chipped smaller trunks of wood. They did a great job at a reasonable price, below estimates we were getting from other high rated companies. This crew is very profesional, reliable and hardworking. Also great customer service. I would highly recommend Smart Saw Tree Service .

The team did an amazing job to assess the project, safely and efficiently remove the problem trees, and clean the area better than they found it. The ear protection and other precautions they used set a high standard for others to emulate. We will have them back in the fall to care for additional trees. Outstanding in service and value!

The MagicSaw team was very skilled, courteous, and professional. They cut down and removed 8 trees from my property in about 3 hours. They also went above and beyond by removing some old branches which had accumulated over the years. I would hire them again.
