Prompt (early even) personable. Works quickly. Leaves promptly. Highly recommend.

Our house is getting older, and we had had several leaks from the copper pipes, corroded by very acid water. We had called Roger for one of the leaks, asked for a price on redoing the whole thing. He was prompt and careful with the estimate, and we said go ahead. We scheduled it for a day's work, and made arrangements for getting by with no water for a day. He arrived at the time set in the early morning, and was done by mid-afternoon. It appears to be an excellent and thorough job, and we are happy to have it done. We had had work done by him once before, some time back, and are just glad to have a dependable person to call.

We had a leaking toilet; called them, they answered, were out of state on vacation. But referred me to a brother who does plumbing, although an hour away, and the brother gave me advice over the phone so that I could cope until they returned from vacation. Then they came very promptly, replaced the connection between the toilet and the intake pipe, as well as a corroded section of the pipe; the work was done quickly and the problem was fixed

As you can tell i have had Mr. Lawson at my house many times and just wanted to share my very positive experience. His pricing is most reasonable compared to the other estimates i have received. What is most amazing is his knowledge of the plumbing and construction trade.
