I used Rockie Maids for a number of years..sometimes service was better than others and some women more thorough than others. I wish we had the same cleaners consistently. the big problem came when a new cleaner took deck stripper put it nto my rubbermaid spray mop and cleaned my wood floors throughout my 4000sq foot home. when I got home and saw the state of my floors I immediately called and told them the problem. I was told they would make it right. for the next 4 months I did not get charged for weekly cleaning. then suddenly I noticed I had been getting charged $500 a week. I called to ask what was going on and was told "they would make it right and would make me an offer". then I get a text saying the previous year I had not been charged every week for cleaning (they were only scheduled every other week)...she claimed we could call it even.....not only were my wood floors destroyed but then I ended up essentially paying for service never received.

Very well.

The only problem I have is I wish more spoke English.

They do a fantastic job and they are reasonably priced.

Two ladies show up & done in two hours. The only problem I have is most of these ladies can't speak English. Excellent cleaning service. I would hire them again.

Unfortunately, not so well. They had to return to our house a couple of times in order to complete the job--cabinets and bathrooms were not cleaned originally.

Went pretty good

The only complaint I have is very few speak English. I ask a question or want to know what cleaning products they are using. They just smile. The last time they cleaned & mopped floors I was stuck with sticky floors.

Very well. The crew was on time and prepared. They were very thorough. My house, especially the kitchen and bath, looked brand new. I had them do a deep cleaning of baseboards, windows, refridgerator, cabinets and bath and that's exactly they delivered. They also did a great carpet cleaning.

They were on time and worked hard until the job was finished. Couldn't be happier with the results!

Two ladies came,were on time & did a great job. Would hire them again.

They did an amazing job!  Right on time, understood what I was looking for, cleaned the house beyond my expectations within the time frame they committed to!

Crew arrived right on time. They were friendly and wasted no time getting to work. They missed a minor detail but a short email to Silvia and she assured me they would take care of it on the next service call. I am totally satisfied.

Cleaning is thorough.  Ladies who perform the cleaning are very responsive to requests, though their English is somewhat shaky and so if you speak no Spanish you may have to go through the owner.  They have been very flexible with rescheduling and working with our schedule when things come up.  We have also used their deep cleaning services and have found them to be thorough and reasonably priced.  Overall we have been very happy with this group after having some issues with other cleaners in the area.

They are Super as always. I use them twice a month now.

We have a large 3,500 sqft home with three levels. There were years of grime from the iron deposits since we have well water and they literally had my home sparkling. Edwin and his crew provide great customer service and will go above and beyond to rectify a situation if the customer is not satisfied. The crew worked for at least 9 hours and my house looked better than the day we purchased it. My oven, fridge and all appliances looked like brand new. If and when we return to the area I would most definitely use them again. I have no doubt in my mind that they are professionals and take great pride in their craft. If you want high quality work and your home to feel brand new then you should hire them.

Very good 3 cleaners came in and got right to work.

Very responsive. Returned call right away. They came out to review the job and we agreed on cost and date of job. I paid for 3 cleaners for 8 hours. They came on time and went right to work. They worked hard all day long. My house has never been cleaned that well since we bought the place. They did it all. I had left a pile of clothes out of the dryer on the table. I didn't mean for them to fold the clothes ... But they did. Even the way they folded the clothes was impressive. I plan on doing maintenance cleaning with them atleast twice a month now. Note: they found a gold ring that I had lost years ago and placed it on my night stand. I left a 1K check by mistake on a coffee table with stack of magazines. It was folded up and placed on table. Very respectful, friendly and trustworthy.
