Troubleshoot heat pump and made repairs to get system running. This allowed us time to wait for upcoming rebates that would be offered by heat pump manufactures. He measured each room/windows/etc. to have the needed information to perform a load calculation so that a correctly sized replacement heat pump could be installed. He was going to wait for the rebate information to come in before contacting me with an estimate. He never called back.
The ratings are all based on this failure, even though I was happy with the repairs he made.
