About us
Montague Miller & Co Realtors is a family-owned firm with local offices and agents spanning across Piedmont and Central Virginia markets since 1948! Our Agents are astute,successful well trained by our own in-house trainers and mentors. We know that buying and selling a home is "a really big deal" for our clients-- so we are ready and able to serve through the entire buying or selling process, so that once complete our folks were truly served! Our Homebuyer, Seller & Retirement Options seminars are free and are offered numerous times each year as another community service.

Services we offer
We offer full and limited service options for buying and selling. Renters and Investors rely on us too. Our seminars are free to consumers, most often before they even hire us! We work when our clients don't--evenings & weekends too! We do not charge retainers under ordinary circumstances, and we are typically paid at completion of the transaction.
Services we don't offer
As a matter of policy, we do not practice dual agency! --We only represent the buyer OR the seller in a transaction, not both! We adhere proudly to the Realtor Code of Ethics, and so, do not have affiliating licensees as agents unless they are also Realtors!
