Mitch the owner took my call for a quote on the first ring. And he was available the next day for an evaluation of my needs. He arrived right on time and began offering helpful suggestions which I really needed as this was my first tinting experience. After discussing cautions with single pane vs double pane windows (including a demo of 5%-35% tint) I was ready to begin. I watched his progress. Experience counts and Mitch really knows his business. He explained everything he was doing, had the right tools, cleaned up each work area, and made sure I was happy before moving to the next window.
