Extremely well. We've bought 14 homes before (some for personal residences, some for personal occupancy). Additionally, I am a real estate attorney and my husband was a lender and courtesy closer for years so we are very familiar with the process and have worked with dozens of lenders. Things that stood out: - Dave Couk was extremely responsive. He was our main point of contact on the transaction and I responded immediate to daily emails and weekly phone calls over the course of two months (pre-qual and purchase) - We have an extremely complicated file as we move a lot for work, own many rental homes, have multiple income sources etc. We have had lenders tell us before they have never worked so h****** a loan. - Dave's underwriter, Brenda Gose, is extremely knowledgeable as well, was quick with her communication. - Both did such a good job requesting documentation in advance that we had nothing we really had to do the two weeks prior to closing and the file went easily through final underwriting. - When the IRS was slow (across the country) in returning tax transcripts, they worked with us on a waiver to that condition so as not to delay closing. - In spite of a complicated file, they were able to meet our closing date. - The rates were extremely competitive. With my husband's mortgage lending experience he called around and ensured we got a great deal without hidden costs. - Dave even showed up to our closing to meet me and to ensure he was available if we had any questions. - I strongly recommend working with this company, and Dave in particular. His will-do attitude, responsiveness, availability, and knowledge made a complicated transaction fairly easy. Absolutely professional, fantastic experience all around!!!
