Did the work the same day I called

took the car in mid-morning... withing half an hour had a diagnose and an estimate... was told the car would be ready in a couple hours... it was ready on time and the total cost came in a few dollars under the estimate.  found the staff to be courteous, helpful and professional.  will use again in a heartbeat!

My low-mileage Ford Ranger had failed a state inspection recently performed at the Ford dealership in Charlottesville VA.  Cause cited: loose front wheel bearings for which they quoted $350 to repair.  I was suspicious since my truck has only 32K miles.  Instead, I took it to Integrity in Orange VA, who has always maintained our older vehicles.  They reinspected and found absolutely nothing wrong; the bearings and front end suspension was well within specs and the state-mandated safety tolerances.

Integrity is a very trustworthy repair shop.  Keith and his team of mechanics (such as Sean) do an excellent job.  They never oversell and only recommend work to keep our vehicles safely running and in good repair.  They have very reasonable prices, especially when compared to dealerships but also when compared to other independent shops.  I highly recommend them in this area (Orange county and Culpeper County, VA).

No knowing how long it would take, I left my car off at their Culpeper
shop. They called later that day and said the freon was indeed a pound
low. They said they could find no leaks or other problems. They said
come back in a few weeks and they would look for any slow leaks, as they
had put freon with dye into the system, and it would show. I haven't
done that yet, but plan to. The A/C works fine now, but it is only used
to eliminate humidity as the weather has cooled off. It'll be a first if
I actually get a car A/C problem fixed for less than a grand or so.
Very nice folks in the office, too.

13 yr old car A/C had died. This was best of 2 estimates gotten and did the work.

Repaired transmission, installed a missing sensor that apparently had been missing since vehicle was purchased, replaced leaking brake line etc. The brake line was not leaking until they were road testing the repaired transmission and that additional repair resulted in another delay. The pickup changes gears better than it ever has even before recent jerkiness. Bring your patience along.

Integrity takes care of all of the needs of my car. No one else touches my car besides them. If I need something done that they can't do, then I only go with who they specifically recommend. Integrity is a AAA Certified place. They are very honest and have a lot of expertise on foreign cars. They also have someone there who has a very unusual amount of experience on older Volvos.

Everything went well.  The price was a bit high, but they did a good job and clearly explained the work as well as why it was necessary.  Furthermore, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Our initial experiences with Integrity Automotive were good because the original owner was honest and did quality work for reasonable prices.  However, we stopped using the company's services since its ownership has changed.  Specifically, the company tried to price gouge by estimating one price and charge nearly double when we went to pay for services.

I wouldn't recommend them.  I'm a licensed mechanic in another state, so I knew exactly what needed to be done to the car.  However, they recommended work that was expensive and completely unnecessary.  Specifically, they told me the car needed new motor mounts, new transmission mounts, and a new head gasket all of which were not needed at the time.  What's more is that they wouldn't tell me the cost of the repairs because they were in too much of a rush to close the shop and go home.  Because of this I would not use them in the future.

The experience was routine, and my wife had no problems with the service.  However, we stopped using them after hearing about a negative experience from one of our friends.  They also charged an arm and a leg just for replacing my car's wiper blades at one point.

We've been using their services for 10 years.  The staff is friendly and professional, their fees are reasonable, and they have always been honest about what work is actually necessary.  In fact, they've actually been very good at down-selling.

They do a good job. Their pricing is fair and reasonable.

The service turned out very well. I was impressed with their promptness, they were able to complete the service within one day. I also appreciated that they did not tell me a bunch of other things I needed to have done or try to sell me additional services.

I have taken several cars here over the past couple years. Their service was good and their prices are fair. Everything has worked out great.

It was an awful experience.  They told me that a major part of the truck needed to be replaced, but my husband told me that his truck didn't even have that part in the first place.  I also recall that they were telling just about every woman that came into the shop that day that their cars needed work.  Ultimately, I would never use this company again and would advise others to do the same.

I've been using their services for a couple of years.  They've always been very responsive to any issues with my car, they do good work, and they have competitive prices.  I also appreciate that they keep me up to date on what kind of work the car will need in the future.

This was my fourth or fifth time using them, and everything went well.  They got me in quickly, did good work, and had competitive pricing.

They do all of the routine work on my three cars.  They get me in quickly, charge reasonable prices, and do good work.  They also have a diner next door.
