I had a new roof installed several years ago and some time later started seeing water damage and leaks in my living room. I called Mr. Jenkins who came and gave me an estimate and basically told me that the job that was done originally was under par. Two dormer windows had not been sealed properaly and some of the shingles had not even been sufficiently nailed down. Mr. Jenkins replaced the unsalvagable shingles (using left overs from the original job) and sealed around one of the windows to stop the leak. I misunderstood Mr. Jenkins and thought that the estimate he had given me was for both windows. It was only for one. He has indicated that he would come back and repair the second one for the same price.
