We contacted Eddie Arias, the owner, at the end of the week about doing the work. He came out on Sunday, along with the worker who does most of the tree climbing itself. He spent some time with us, discussing the removal of the tree and the necessary trimming. He and his crew of five were here on Tuesday around 9:30 am. They immediately began work and worked steadily all day, with only a short break for lunch. When they left around 5 pm, the dead tree was gone, the other trees were trimmed, all of the wood had been picked up and run through a wood chipper (we didn't want the wood), and our yard and the neighbor's yard (some of the limbs being trimmed hung over into her yard) had been raked. If you didn't know about the work being done, you could not have discerned it by looking at the yard when they were done. His price was exactly as agreed. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will need some additional tree removal in the spring and will definitely be using Eddie's Services.
