Refused to repair my AC unit, stating a "bandaid" was $5000, but that the entire system needed to be replaced for $11K. Despite refusing to replace the capacitor, which I knew was the issue, charged me an $85 trip fee. The next day I had an honest company come out and replace the capacitor for $200, and the AC has continued to work for a year since then.

Very good experience. He actually took the time to tell me what was wrong and the reason my fan had stopped. The capacitor had went bad and it caused the fan motor to burn up. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them in the future.
