He is very knowledgable about short sales and really listened to what we needed. We only went looking for houses 3 times and he picked up on the style we liked and our discussions on how the house was divided into rooms and called us later on saying that he found a house he thought we would like. He walked us through the contractual process and got us a really good deal.
It's been several years but we will definitely use him again when we are ready to move.
