We called a few days after it happened because of our work schedules. So, when Dave arrived the water level wasn't hgh and the alarm wasn't going off anymore. Dave was patient and ran the water and flushed the toilet to see if the problem would happen again. Of course, it didn't. :-) Dave gave us his cell number and asked us to please call when it happened again and he would be at our home to check it again. A week later it happened, we called Dave and he came just like he said he would. He was trying to finish a job and get packed to go on vacation, but dropped everything he was doing to help us. He went to Lowes to get the materials he needed to fix the problem. Dave answered all of our questions and was very patient and understanding. His number is saved in my phone and is the first person we will call for anything in the future. He knows his stuff, is honest, and reasonable prices.

The company provided a detailed, easy to understand contract with good drawings - my HOA had to approve the design and materials before construction could start.  This made the approval process go very quickly.
The construction period started on time and went very well - at the end of each day they removed all trash and organized other materials so that the yard was always usable. 
The workers were all very friendly and patient - they would answer questions in a way that non-construction folks (us) could easily understand.
The completed porch was better than we hoped it would be -  it looked like it was built with the house, matching the design and original construction materials.
I highly recommend CCC to anyone needing a good construction company.
I have used CCC for another smaller project and again was completely satisfied.
