According to the Investigative Analyst Complaint Analysis and Resolution, in Richmond, Virginia, Mr. Bud Woodward is not licensed, certified, or registered under a board or program with this Department. I had to hire a professional contractor to fix the leak problems. The bottom line is, DO NOT hire Bud Woodward, as he is unlicensed, not certified or registered to do any work in or around your house.
