I have cats.  It was very positive.  They were very professional and helpful.  They seem very caring and they listen and I like that. 

This is an excellent vet service.  The first thing you notice is that it doesn't smell like a vet's office.  There is no odor at all. There are two entrances, keeping cats and dogs separated.  
Service is top notch from the receptionist through the exam and check-out.  This was my first visit with a rather elderly cat.  The assistant was very attentive and even brought a towel to cover the cold, metal exam table.  The vet (Virginia Rushing) was very gentle and kind.  There wasn't any big push for additional services - no attempts to up-sell other products or services.  My only negative would be that there is no after-hours emergency services.  They do provide a listing of three emergency vets within about an hours drive, but it would be nicer if emergency services could be provided by a known vet in the area.  
I would use this vet again, without reservation, and would recommend them to anyone.

We were new to the practice and they worked us in quickly for an appointment. since we were in an emergency situation. Our vet was very knowledgeable and made a serious effort to stay aware of costs as we decided what diagnostic tests were needed. My dog was diagnosed and given a spectrum of treatments that did have her back on her feet in a few days. The vets contacted us several times to check up on her over the next several days. My dog improved quickly under their care and we will continue to bring her to this vet practice for the future. Recommend highly.

When my dog was hit by a car- they were so kind to me.

The price was a little bit higher than what I expected. But in terms of what I understand, they were reasonable. They really love and took care of the animals. Everybody there are patient and kind to the animals, as well as to the owners. Their sense of humor is very good, too.

I like the people that work there. They are very friendly and they provide good service. It's very easy to get an appointment. They are easy to work with around our busy schedule.

I have been taking my animals there for years. One of my animals had cancer and it was pretty bad. The vet that I see there most often had very good bedside manner. He is very professional and caring. All the vets there really love the animals and really care. The staff, the receptionists and the vet techs all really love the animals too. When I drop my pets off there, I know that they are good hands and I don't have to worry. My pets are my children. I trust the vet's diagnosis. Their practice has grown and they have vets there that have been vets for 35 years and they also have some vets that are recently out of vet school. There are some vets with a lot of experience and some that are just learning. It is a good variation; some know newer technology and the others have seen it all.
