The community manager was knowledgeable and put NO pressure whatsoever on us. The build manager is the nicest most caring guy you could ever hope to meet. He actually built our current home when he worked for a different builder. So far, the experience has been terrific and their home quality seems above and beyond anything in Stafford.

We had to replace the roofing after seven years because of leaks and in many places they did not use roofing paper underneath the shingles....multiple leaks throughout the house that took years to repair until we had to replace the entire roof.
The concrete floor in the garage had to be totally replaced as it sunk over 6 inches within the first year.
Both air conditioners had to be replaced after six years.
Quality of workmanship was inferior to anything we had ever seen
The mortar job in this all brick hope was extremely sloppy. It look like it was done by amateurs.
We purchased a custom built cabinet that was supposed to be a cherry wood stained dark cherry and what we received was an oak wood stained cherry cabinet.
