We didn't hold out much hope for the chairs, but when they dried, they looked like new! The carpets had a couple of very minor spots when Steve finished, but it wasn't for lack of trying. Overall, the rugs looks great and we are thrilled with the results. We would highly recommend this company and will call them again when needed.

End result was a dry basement, dry carpets and no smell or fungus. Basement was just like it was before all the water ..

All interactions were pleasant - answered all of my questions. Showed up on time and briefly explained the cleaning process, amount of time it would take to complete, how long it would take for carpets to dry and told me about their 100% guarantee.

A friend reccomended AAA Custom Care LLC. I called them and they wasted no time coming to assess the damage. They gave me a very reasonable estimate so I hired them. They came back later the same day and cleaned up the mess, dried the carpet and left things in perfect order when they were finished. I would not hesitate to use them again if need be. Additionally the final price was about $25.00 less than the original estimate.

The job went very well and after drying out with fans, de-humidifiers etc. they came back next day to ensure everything was dry and then treated the carpet etc. with the anti-fungus spray.They responded to my emergency, saved my carpet and left the room better than before the water incident. They even used a floral application to give the room a great clean smell.They even called back a week later just to check that everything was OK and that I was a satisfied customer. I can't say enough good things about this small company that really cares about service !
