Home Energy Savings Specialist Inc. was assigned to me when I submitted a claim through my home warranty. I looked them up on Angie's List and was happy to see they had an A rating. Keith was responsive when I called and promised he would make it to our house the next day. He delivered. In spite of what I'm sure was a long day for him before a holiday weekend, Keith arrived as promised with a smile and friendly attitude. He was fast and thorough, checking my wall unit, attic unit and outdoor A/C. When it was all said and done, it was as simple as being low on freon. He got that straightened out quickly and the cool air is flowing again. I would definitely use Keith and his company in the future.
