Mike, Bill and Jamie, a family team, do the kind of work that we feared could no longer be found.  They were on the job precisely at 8:30 each day and worked steadily until late afternoon.  They are not the quickest of painters, thank goodness, for their focus on detail produced a finished product that looks at least as good as brand new.  The rest of the jobs were equally outstanding.  All three are pleasant and easy to talk to.  Most of our conversations were with Mike, who shows high intelligence and enjoys a wide range of interests.  When we are ready to repaint the interior and undertake some needed repairs, they will be first on our list to call.

Initially I was contacted within one day and plans were made to provide the services requested within days. They arrived promptly after having called the evening prior to confirm. Mike even offered to pick up necessary materials. They performed all requested services and actually went out of their way to pickup drains for each sink to match the faucets purchased without being asked to do so. The only glitch was that I purchased to wrong size bifold. They installed it but called it to my attention. I was surprised they did not contact me except that I had mentioned I was in SOL testing. I will have to remove ill-fitting door and replace it myself. The only disappointment I had was that I have never heard back from them regarding two estimates on larger jobs I wanted to have them do. Mike said that although they could not get to the deck/screened porch before 3 weeks or longer, that he would get back to me in a week. It is not about 4 weeks since we spoke and I have not gotten any response. I certainly had hoped for the followup to have occurred as attention to followup makes a good business great! Now I am searching for another contractor.

Two men came and did work at our house - it's just the two of them every time.  I like seeing the same two guys, rather than having a big company that sends different people every time - it helps to build trust.  They arrived on time, and were courteous and professional.  They arranged the noisy parts of their work around my kids' nap times, and they were very nice to my 4 year old who was constantly wanting to know what they were doing.  
I am quite pleased with the work they did, and now that they've been to my house a couple of times I have no qualms giving them my garage code so that they can come and go as needed when I'm not home.
A couple of months ago I had a problem when one of the pipes under one of my bathroom sinks broke, and I had to cut off the water to my entire house because water was going everywhere.  They came on a Sunday afternoon, cut open the wall, replaced the broken pipe parts and had everything back together so that we could use our water again.  They do charge extra for emergency service like that, but I was more than happy to pay it, and I am delighted that they were able to come out and help us on such short notice.
I highly recommend these guys.

They were punctual, efficient (got the job done in a day), and you cannot tell my house had been chewed through by squirrels. Most companies wanted to replace my entire side of my house siding and I really only needed a few repairs to some pretty high places on my house. They offered what I needed. Plus, I have other work that needs to be done that they called people they know and trust to provide quotes. Very helpful. I will be using Michael and team for future handyman/home solutions, etc.

Mike was friendly and professional. Arrived at the time he said he would. Worked as much as he could (too much snow on roof to complete the job). Returned approximately week and half later and completed the job. It has snowed since the job was completed. The snow is melting and water is no longer dripping on the porch steps!

In addition to earning an A in all of the categories, these guys were very enjoyable to work with, easy-going and dog-friendly. I have already begun arrangements to hire them again for a new project.

Mike did a great job. He was very attentive to details and obviously takes great pride in his work. Quality of his work is outstanding. He is reliable and communication with him was great. Even though he was a sub on this project, I wanted to make sure to let everyone know about the quality of his work. We would be happy to have him do work for us in the future.

We are currently expecting our first child, and we used Mike to refinish one of our bedrooms and turn it into a nursery. This consisted of repainting all of the walls, doors, ceiling and trim as well as replacing the electrical outlets with new tamper proof ones as well. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home maintenance and repair and has been able to advise me on other projects throughout my home and has been able to fix other contractors mistakes as well. He is always very prompt and professional and is quick to return a phone call or email. I would and do recommend him to anybody I know that needs projects done around their homes.
