Overall it was ok. He did not come early and did not work all day. He put on a down spout, but did not put in the screws so the downspout has fallen out. He was supposed to come today and he has not. He never calls. He was supposed to power wash my carport where he left dirt marks. Every time I call him I get an excuse about why he cannot come. He looked in the contract and says that it is not stated that he has to fix the downspout or power wash the carport. I feel like he is not very respectful of me and he has not finished his job. All I need is for him is to stick the down spout back in and screw it in and power wash my carport. He has been pressuring me to have my roof replaced. I had a new roof installed in 1999 and have a 30 year warranty. I told him I don?t need a new roof and can?t afford one. I told him I just want him to come back and finish the work he has already started. Follow up: He plead guilty in criminal court. He was given 1 year in jail, but it was suspended to 2 weeks dependent on how he behaves in jail. According to the commonwealth attorney, he has spent a total of 10 years in jail. He has also been ordered to pay me $4000.
