The process was amazing. Emilio measured the roof and gave an estimate for labor of removal and installation. He provided a quote on how much each sheathing would cost to be replaced and how many he thought would need to be replaced. He quoted me four boards but needed to replace five. Before replacing the fifth sheathing he talked with me about it needing to be replaced and made sure I agreed before he did so being it would be in addition to the original price. The board did need to be replaced. The entire Clemente Roofing crew is professional and hard working. They stripped and replaced the entire roof in one day working 12 hours!!!
