Courteous, prompt and professional service. Technician was on time, had the parts needed to complete the repair and finished the work within one hour.

We needed a new heat pump on our store in Crewe. Mr. Boyd gave us a price we agreed to.
The unit ran okay for a month or two, but after that never was reliable or efficient.
We asked him to repair it and the repairs were always short lived.
We always paid for repairs but they would never last.
Finally Mr. Boyd agreed that the unit he'd sold us was not a good one and that it was never any good.
I just think he should have offered us a discount on another unit or something to make up for this fiasco, but he never did.

Having worked in the wholesale side of the Heating and Air conditioning industry for over 30 years I can easily say that there is no better HVAC contractor in Nottoway or the surrounding localities. Their people do excellent work and pay attention to detail that other companies wouldn't be concerned with. One of next home projects is to have a backup generator installed and I already know that I'm going to get Ronald Boyd Electric to do the job.
