+ -1 moreMechanic refused to check for leaks. Mechanic recommended replacement based on outside unit only; he said owner would be in touch to give estimate. Owner returned calls twice to say he was on vacation. Business never returned or gave replacement bid.
Description of Work: Sent mechanic to see if heat pump could be repaired.
