"To all who read this note the dates involved. Original inspection performed on April 7, 2014 and the complaint was filed on April 7, 2015. I performed a whole house inspection and a HUD Feasibility study at the same time for a discounted rate of $400, normal fee for both performed separately would be $300 for the home inspection and $450 for the feasibility study. Mr. Gendrow was renting the house and was looking to buy it from the current owner and make some upgrades under the 203K renovation program. He was not sure of the upgrades he wanted to make nor with the timeframe of closing on the property. I told him to keep me informed. I presented Mr. Gendrow with the full 203K report he needed for his lender based on the home inspection results. The intent was for him to decide what additional work he wanted to have completed based on his budget. I never heard from him again, until now, when I was checking in on Angies' list for the first time ever, as I just received a review. I am sorry Mr. Gendrow feels this way but I can provide references of jobs completed over the last 5 years for anyone interested. I have successfully managed over 6 million dollars worth of renovation loans in the greater Richmond area and this is the first time I have ever had a concern over my work. Mr. Gendrow paid for a service, received much more than he paid for and was unhappy with the process because of measures beyond my control."
