Plantation Floors

Perfect. Floor looks beautiful.

They did not do a good job. The supervisor was not present most of the time when the work was going on. They did not clean up very well after the work was completed, They arrived late. They did not hook up the washer well after they were done and it was leaking. The floor looked good though.

It went well. Though it wasn't initially clear what sort of vapor barrier and threshold moulding we should purchase. After modifying our order at Lumber Liquidators and receiving the necessary material things proceeded smoothly and the job completed.

Jason is extremely professional. I was put in contact with this contractor through Lumber Liquidator to install laminate flooring. After scheduling an estimate on December 10, 2012, he provided me a detailed cost breakdown. Cost for removal of existing carpet and lineoleum was very minor. Cost for installation was lower than any other contractor after researching and seeking other estimates from several other contractors.
Jason offered to pick up the materials at a minimal cost, but I was able to pick up materials myself.
Jason arrived promptly for installation and his crew worked tirelessly to ensure that the floor was installed properly. Although most of the items had been relocated, the crew was able to assist with relocation of the few remaining items. They began to immediately to remove the existing carpet and lineoleum. After completing removal, they ensured that the nails were all removed and floor was completely flat and ready for laminate installation.
The installation process was very quick considering the size of the area to be installed. Upon completion of the installation, the remaining flooring was left neatly stacked. The crew took time to ensure area was completely cleaned prior to leaving. They assisted with replacement of the larger items.
If you are seeking a high level of professionalism, high quality of service, low cost while delivering a great product, I highly recommend this company. With so many fly by night companies, this is not one of them. He shows the drive and desire of a small business owner while treating all the customers with the same professionalism.
