Fantastic professional. Alex did a Great job at a reasonable price. Replaced/ repaired two large decks (12 X 24 & 16 X 32 - almost 30 years old) and now they look brand new. We are totally pleased and look forward to working with Alex again on future projects.

Railing Section: He looked for lumber to match railing in other like-sections of the porch. He could not find a match made them at his facility. He returned with the section fully painted and installed it for a very reasonable price.
Railing Post: During the installation of the above railing section, he discovered some rot in a large vertical railing post. He dug out the rotten sections and filled and painted them. The price was very reasonable.
A dead evergreen tree was cut down and hauled away without damaging any other plants in the area.

He's awesome! He's VERY reliable and personable. He consistently does a great job, and if I've ever been left dissatisfied, he'll immediately fix whatever is wrong.

Alex Mason is extremely knowledgeable and capable. He will be honest if he is not familiar with a project and will give a reasonable estimate that he will honor - even if costs run over-budget. He is a pleasure to work with and is careful to maintain his commitments and schedule. Costs are VERY reasonable! Alex takes great pride in providing a high quality, cost-effective services and he enjoys his work. I could not find better help for the quality.

Mr. Mason did repairwork for the master bedroom closet. The clothes in the master had fallen down due to the weight. Mr. Mason, quickly assessed the situation and accurately and reasibly priced the work. He was prompt in his assessment, and arrival to do the work. He went added additional shelving and patched and repaired the damage to the existing structure. I would definitely work with Mr. Mason again on any project our family has.

Alex from Mason's Home Maintenance and Improvement, LLC was awesome. He was courteous, professional, generous about supplies, he cleaned up after himself including sweeping the floor, and he tried to put back the things I had under the sink before he did the work. His price was wonderful and he didn't charge me extra for making adjustments from a 6 inch deep sink to an 8 inch deep sink. His personality was friendly, he has a good sense of humor, he was thorough, and got rid of the old sink for me. He is coming back with a longer pipe to replace my shower head. I would hire Alex from Mason's Home Maintenance and Improvement, LLC to do all my plumbing for the rest of my life. He was just that good. I would recommend him to everybody I know. There is nothing that this man did wrong. If someone has him come to their home and do what he did in my home then they will be smiling.

I contacted Mason's Home Maintenance and Improvement because I had several different things that I needed help with and knew that calling a separate plumber and electrician would cost an arm and a leg. I had heard that Alex Mason had experience with both things (in addition to others) so I thought I would give him a try. He was very friendly and agreed to come for an estimate the very next day. He arrived promptly for the estimate, discussed everything with me thoroughly to make sure he understood my requirements and provided a written estimate the same day. When I called to schedule the work, he made himself available within two days (and was willing to work me in sooner had I needed the work urgently.) On the scheduled day, he arrived on time and ready to work. He provided all the things I expect from a contractor: courtesy, timeliness and a professional-quality job at a reasonable price. I already told him I have several additional projects for him when spring comes ! Will definitely use him in the future for all my home improvement needs..
