Florists
I ordered flowers identical to ones in the shop. I got a smaller, less expensive batch of flowers, which wilted in less than 3 days. When I went in to ask why the two vases did not match, as both were delivered to my mother, the florist made up a story about taking my mother to the back and having her approve the smaller, less expensive (yet full-price) vase. The florist also wondered why we didn't complain on the day of my father's funeral; the one day delay in complaint seemed too long to her. I have pictures of both vases; they are not identical, yet the prices were.
