Ryan was very personable, explaining exactly what would be done in each area. He was very nice and patient with my grandson.  The work was accomplished in 3 hours.  Some large, older stains on the carpet looked much better after the cleaning but were not completely removed.  Care was taken with furnishings, equipment was removed and any excess water cleaned up.

Handed out cards to other customers because I was so pleased with the company. On time. Not as wet so could put furniture right back down on carpet. The gentleman was nice and very professional; clean upkept. The carpet machine was ready and I had no problems with this service. The service provided a coupon and the cost was reasonable.
