Joe Orlando at Colonial always does a great job. Aside from being a really nice guy, he explains what he's doing as he goes along and answers any questions I may have. His paperwork is always complete and he respects our home. He did find that a capacitor had gone bad, explained why , replaced it at a fair price. Thank you, Joe!! You're the best!

Matt, did a great job. The project came in under the estimated total. He originally said the ceiling would have to be cut to fix pipe. We asked if there was anyway around that as ceiling was textured and would be hard to repair. Matt got a special tool and was able to fix without cutting ceiling. Great job!!!!

Joe (for heating a/c) was on time, very knowledgable, professional and friendly. We had been experiencing an issue, and Joe offered us a few different options for the solution. Matt (for plumbing) was also on time, very knowledgable, professional and friendly. He was very thorough and answered any questions we had. The cost involved today covered our spring inspection (today) as well as the inspection they will do in the fall. It's worth every penny. We have worked with Colonial Plumbing & Heating for several years. We know we can trust them -- they will always be our choice because of the skill and integrity they have.

Servicemen were personable, punctual and knowledgeable. They checked my HVAC unit, attic handler, and thermostat along with changing my air filters. I like how they explained things to me, the home owner, and answered all of my questions. I'm a happy customer!

I called in the afternoon with a broken heat pump and they were out to troubleshoot it first thing the next morning. They quickly diagnosed my problem and priced a solution for me. Since I knew my unit was already past its useful age I asked for a replacement estimate instead, and they provided one immediately (and it was cheaper than previous estimates I'd gotten). The next day my broken unit was completely replaced with a brand new one. Everyone I worked with was on time, polite, efficient, and professional, and I got the impression that they really cared whether I was happy with my service. Definitely would recommend. Very happy with the experience.

I called Colonial Plumbing and Heating this morning to report no A/C. I was scheduled for this afternoon. Joe, the HVAC technician who has serviced my unit several times over the years, arrived at the agreed upon time. He appeared to have sincere concern over my lack of cool air on such a hot humid day. He diagnosed the problem and immediately went to work. As always, I found Joe to be a knowledgeable, professional, and polite young man who represents his company well. Suffice it to say that my A/C is now working, my house has cooled down, and life is good once again! I have come to rely on Colonial Plumbing and Heating, and they came through for me again this time! I particularly like the fact that this technician has been with this company for several years. I think that speaks well of both the business and the serviceman.

replaced a Capacitor (usually don't cost no more than $20) Charged around $130 for it and the rest was for labor maybe 45 minutes because was on a Saturday. AC unit worked fine for an hour and stop working. Called them again and wanted to charge almos $700 more to change the AC compressor. I contacted someone else and Payed $250 for everything including the Capacitor they installed.
