The estimate was performed to replace the rear bumper on the truck. They performed the work and did all of the communicating with the insurance company regarding the estimate, the repairs and the use of the rental car with Enterprise. I was advised that when the parts were received the job would take 1 day to complete. Much to my delight I received the rental car and several hours later I received a phone call that the repairs had been completed. I was able to pick up the repaired truck on the same day.

My insurance company referred them. There was a lot of gap in communication with them. They fixed everything but we had to call to get the status of the car instead of them alerting us, like they told us when we dropped the car off.
