 + -1 moreThey have a clean and well-maintained facility with friendly staff. There are a variety of equipments, it's well-maintained and I love the hours because it's 24 hours most of the week.

 + -1 moreAmerican Family Fitnesss do a yearly or a three-year membership. It's an average fitness center. They're not overly attentive. There's nothing really spectacular about them. The problem was the billing. I think they're overpriced. Until the membership expires, I'm probably going to explore other options.

 + -1 moreI really love the hours at American Fitness. We find that having a four day a week membership works perfectly for us. I also like the fact that if I want to go to the gym at four am before work, I can. The place is clean. The hours are great and they offer great deals. I am really happy with this gym compared to others in this area.
Description of Work: We just joined American Family Fitness. We put like a thousand bucks down on the table initially. Then we pay $200 bucks a month for our 24/7 membership.

 + -1 moreCardio equipment is constantly out of order and sometimes months before repaired. Fitness staff mostly walks around and talks to other staff and never assists or helps people with weight machines. Very little fitness is done by supposed "fitness staff". Fitness center manager is rarely seen and appears very disinterested in the goings on of the center. I won't be renewing my membership next time.
Description of Work: Gym membership for about 4 years.
