Description of Work: We recently completed an addition to our existing home. We added approximately 1500 square feet. Gray Construction, who has their own crew, were here for approximately six months, added a second floor -- all while we were living in the back of the house. Great work, great price, amazing professionalism. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this builder.

Description of Work: Finished detached garage, Removed old siding on house and replaced with cedar. Remodeled out side structure from a basic ranch to arts and crafts style per owners drawing. Builder did a very good job in regard to changing the outside structure to a completely different look. however, the cedar Siding was stained in a mismatched color on part of the back of house but the builder installed it anyway. The orginal agreement was to have the siding stained back and front at the factory. However twoard the end of the replacment we ended up with siding stained by the builder. Dispite serveral conversations to have this corrected nothing was ever done so the back of the house has mismatched stained cedar siding. The builder did a very good job of making changes to the outside of house as far as design and worked well with home owner. However they left huge piles of trash from the construction for long periods of times. Serveral times we had to hire someone else to clean it up. Once the contractor began the inside work we had problems with the quailty of the dry wall, kitchen cabinet instalation, and painting. The builder did have the dry wall redone but the interior painting, mismatched siding outside, bad paint job on the inside and careless instaltion of the cabinets was never resolved. We spint long periods of time with the house torn apart and no sign the builders, sometimes for 3 months or longer with no work. We finaly discontinued any futher work with them. They started out great, but were a disapointment in the end. We had very high hopes in the beginning but as now we have buckling soffits, mismatched siding, mounds of dirt for a back yard covered with broken peices of concrete and brick. What a mess!

Description of Work: We are using Gray Construction for a major, major remodel of our house. We are turning a 1973 rancher into a 1920's bungalow. They have done all the siding, and all the cedar siding. They have done a lot of very nice work as far as being custom work to try to figure out how to do the windows, the columns, the porch and everything to get that look.
