They came recommended from a friend who has used them for a while. They were very good, they were clean and they were efficient and they did the work and their estimate never changed from what they gave us. They came out the same day that we called and were very good. We will consider using them in the future.

-The service was EXCELLENT. They installed it on time, and the quality is EXCELLENT. I would recommend them, and I found about them from someone who had used them in the past.
- Today, June 29, Pat returned to follow-up. On the original service date June 1, I had casually mentioned a separate concern about my crawl space clothes dryer ducting. Pat contacted us yesterday to say he was coming back out. Today, he masterfully resolved the dryer ducting issue. He spent an hour, and got it RIGHT. Now, don't get me wrong, Pat (Band B Enterprises) bills fairly for high quality work. In fact today was, let us say, " extremely fair." The service price is good, but you don't want to go CHEAP on this important part of home service. They are an EXCELLENT value in that regard. Pat's follow-up today, along with his courtesy and enthusiasm is almost in the priceless category. Don't decide on your service specialist UNTIL you have consulted with Band B.
