I went by their office to ask questions before disconnecting my Direct TV, which had become way to expensive for my family. I asked a lady there, about all the packages and their costs. She sat down with me and explaned everything in detail. I came in confused and left informed. They came out about 3 days later and did the wiring that was needed and installed all the equiptment needed. The man that installed my equiptment took his time withme answering all my million questions and then showing me how the remote worked. I was very pleased that he took his time with me and not tried to just rush in and then out. I would reccommend this company to anyone that likes to talk face to face with people rather than handle things over the computer or phone.
