Mid-morning I called and left a message, which was returned within 30 minutes. Bob was able to fit me in the same day, either late morning or early afternoon and that he could call before leaving the previous appointment. As promised he called shortly after lunch to tell me he would arrive in about 20 minutes, which he did. He promptly set to assessing the dryer. As I have some general knowledge about dryer operations and the likely failure points (but not the time or equipment to assess), I could tell he was methodical in checking the right things first. He quickly identified and replaced the failed switch, and checked to make sure it was working. Bob was prompt, thorough, and professional. I definitely recommend Skyline Appliance Service.

He helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Once he determined that it was probably something he could assist with he came right over. He quickly identified the problem and had the items available with him to make the repair. Professional and courteous and did a great job!

He is really reliable and honest. He has a lot of integrity, and I would recommend him to everybody. I think his price is reasonable too.

I left a message for a callback and got a timely response (as opposed to another company who never bothered to call back). He helped me do a little trouble shooting over the phone to determine if this might be a repairable problem, checked the model # of the dryer to get information, etc. We determined it might be worth a visit. He was prompt, professional, and fair in his price. He answered questions I had patiently. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
