I contacted them around March of 2012 requesting service on my heat pump. I was told they would get to it as soon as possible as they were pretty busy. It seemed to take a long time for them to get here but when they did the owner came out and fixed the problem on his own time after store hours. And since then he has helped me troubleshoot problems over the phone a couple times when it was small problems I could fix my self.
