It went wonderfully! Not only was I able to speak to an actual person, the first time, I was able to set up the spring turn on service very easily. The service technician came out exactly on time, and turned on our zones. He found three problems which needed to be addressed. They emailed an estimate and when I accepted the proposal, we set a date/time. Again, the technician was prompt and spend nearly 2 hours doing the needed repairs. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to use The Sprinkler Man for service on your irrigation system. They are reasonable, knowledgeable and responsive.

Very well done -- Worker was polite and courteous. Work was completed in a timely fashion to our satisfaction.

I didn't have a great experience with the person who came out this time for my spring start up, however,  Jeff called me back the same day and we arranged a convenient time for him to visit. He apologised and did what I had asked the previous guy and actually quite a lot more. He also gave me helpful hints and I know I will get more out of the system now. I could not have asked for better service. I will continue to use the service and we agreed that it might be better for the previous guy not to return.  It is rare for me to complain but I am delighted with the quick response and not to have to change company and feel confident I will have a good service.

I tried to call him for some more work and he has not returned any of my calls. He said the he would do it in the spring. He did great for the winterization. He needs to increase his staff because, calls are not being returned.

We met with Jeff Uffelman and he provided a comprehensive design at a good price. He took time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
The installation did not go easy due to the rocky soil of my yard. I believe Jeff burned a couple of bits in trying to drill a path under my driveway. He came up with an alternate solution to have the mainline come out both ends of the house (I'm sure he took a hit with his profit due to the extra copper and plumber time).
My one complaint was his responsiveness after the installation. I had a couple of small concerns and it almost two months before I was able to get him to respond to my inquiries. I chalked it up to his busy season, but not responding to your customers is never a good business practice.

Excellent plan and installation. All hardware was of good quality and the trenching of our yard was done in a most professional fashion (unlike the cable company that left our year a disaster). Friendly installation team and owner ensured I understood the operation of the system. They were quick to acknowledge some faulty hardware and replaced the items on the same day as reported. Will NEVER use again. Fails to respond to emails or phone calls. Didn't do own work. Workers work quality poor. When pointed out problems to workers, they failed to correct. Tried to get Jeff back out to inspect, but has ignorred all attempts.

Estimate provided by Jeff prior to departing our residence. Estimate included: schema of zone layout to include heads, backflow valve and control boxes, and cost. Answered all questions about products...knew capabilities of equipment suggested for the job. We sought out two other bids and the responses we received were two or three days later on a single sheet of paper with a list of parts, but no layout of the system. Even though price from other two bidders were cheaper, we went with "The Sprinklerman". We have been completely happy with the system Jeff, The Sprinklerman, installed....highly recommend

Our lawn gets full sun during the day. During the summer our lawn gets very dried out and we wanted to get irrigation. We originally found The Sprinklerman in our homeowners association newsletter. Jeff, the owner of the company, came out and provided us an estimate. He spent nearly two hours with us discussing the areas he would cover and the products he used. He drew up a detailed diagram of our lawn along with the zones he suggested. Jeff was very professional, detail oriented and answered all our questions. The work was scheduled over two days. On the first day they installed all the exterior water lines and sprinkler heads. On the second day the water line was installed inside our house. After the work was completed, Jeff came by and gave us a detailed demonstration of our new system. We are very pleased with the work Jeff and his company provided and we will use them in the future for yearly maintenance. We would use The Sprinklerman again and we have recommended them to friends.

Installation and price were good. However, followup service has been disappointing. It usually takes multiple calls to get a response. This year I need to replace damaged heads, but have not been able to get him to return my calls.

Excellent. Provided estimate promptly. Showed up at scheduled time and completed job in very professional manner with excellent cleanup. After installation had questions about adjustment of some spray heads. Jeff came back to our house re-checked and made some adjustments including having his crew come the next day and put in one additional spray head to improve the coverage. Very satisfied with the work.

Pretty much the same as I wrote above. Jeff and his technicians were very pleasant and always returned my phone calls and kept me informed. I plan to use him again in the Fall to prepare the system for Winter or any time that there is an issue.

He is terrific. He is a young guy who was with the company forever, and then bought the company. We have had four or five people we have referred him to because he does a great job. He comes out as quickly as possible, and responds swiftly. He has gone above and beyond, and his pricing is excellent. I would definitely recommend him.

The Sprinklerman did a great job doing both services. During the spring opening he turned on the system and checked all sprinkler heads and adjusted the timer to accommodate our requirements.

Their prices were very reasonable, Jeff Uffelmanl, the owner, is very knowledgeable and great at giving suggestions on how to improve our sprinkler system.
