The Mondo team is exceptional. Roger, Greg and the team showed genuine care and expert craftsmanship on every aspect of our basement remodel. They were transparent on cost and stayed in constant communication. They created a finished space that is now our family's go-to gathering place. We couldn't be happier and recommend them without hesitation.

Mondo Improvements did great work! They responded quicky to emails, arrived on time and completed work earlier than expected. When we noticed a small issue with work, they sent someone the next day to correct it. We will definitely use them for future jobs.

Mondo never disappoints.

Great. I have worked with them for several years now for painting, repair of exterior wood deck, window casing and wood exterior, and other things like installing medicine cabinets, hanging very heavy mirrors, adding wainscoating to cabinetry, and almost any other home repairs (not plumbing). The owner Greg mondloch is professional, competent, professional and a pleasure to work with. The company has several teams, and once you become a customer you have the same team every time. Miguel is the foreman of his team of 5 people and they are a pleasure to work with. I am moving out of state soon and will sorely miss working with them. Do not hesitate to contact them.

GREAT! This is a truly professional painting company with long-time, trusted crews who have been groomed over years by the owner and do an awesome job. The foreman, Carlos, is truly a gem and he really knows what he's doing - professional, smart, organized, a leader with this team, communicates easily with both crew and customer, calm, polite, respectful, friendly, accommodating (he ended up helping me decide to add 50% more to our paint color as there wasn't a big enough impact from the original wall color and I really wanted the white trim and moldings to stand out more). He brought "shots" of paint to show me what just adding a little more more would do and then we ended up adding the second shot to go for the full 50% darker and I'm so glad we did. They know the business inside and out! Florentine is also very talented at his craft and exacting in his work. He is quiet and pleasant and focused on getting things done. He works well together with Carlos and was extremely punctual with his arrival - getting here with Alex at 7:30 each day. I was impressed with Alex, as he is a very young man, but already following in the footsteps of Carlos and Florentine and taking pride in his work. They all have an easy rapport with one another and are in synch and know exactly what needs to be done - neat, clean and trustworthy. I guess this awesome crew says alot about Greg the owner - he's doing something right!

Great! Miguel was our project manager and Oscar was the onsite lead. They did a great job. Removal of wallpaper was excellent. They did a thorough job of prepping the surfaces and an excellent job painting. We also wanted to restrain our front door. We wanted a particular natural color that was hard to find. Greg was able to find a match and it looks great! Highly recommend!

Greg and his team were outstanding. If you are looking for painters stop looking and simply hire them. They are meticulous, professional and provide greater service than what was included in the contract. His team members have been with him for 20 years and the loyalty shows. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everyday and were totally concerned with our happiness. This is the only painter we will use.

Greg and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Greg was very patient while we decided from several mock-ups on the new color of our house and gave great advise. Carlos and Alex started every day on time, did very thorough prep-work and even did a big repair on later discovered rotted siding panel. There was no clean-up needed ever after they left. The big crew coming in on the last day was also courteous and very efficient. Double coat on the house all around. Great job and thank you.

The job went very well, even with some add on work when we found additional settlement cracks. Equally impressive was the creativity utilized in rigging up the painter walk plank in the two story entry foyer so the painters could reach the ceiling. The crew also did an exceptional job cleaning up after a full day of painting each day. This is the third major job I have used this company and I highly recommend them.

The whole process was fantastic. Greg, the owner, came onsite and gave us a thorough quote and explanations for what to do. His team was efficient. They were also very helpful with the color selection and had a good knowledge of what colors were popular and what colors worked for certain areas.

All went extremely well. The work was scheduled quickly, done on time and done well. We have Used Mondo Painting before and have always been pleased with the quality of the work done.

Great experience from start to finish. Greg took the time during the initial review to go over the project in detail, including some suggestions for paint colors. His crew were prompt each day, friendly and professional and provided quality work. I would definitely hire them again.

A great experience from the first call for an estimate through the final walk through at the end. Greg did our estimate and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented in documenting the scope of our work to be done (3 townhomes, each needing some plywood/batten siding replacement). Their price was very competitive and in-line with most other estimates, but their attention to detail in the estimate as well as in the planned work (painting/priming the backs of the siding before install) set them apart. Roger was our foreman and is great to work with, friendly, fair, knowledgeable, professional, and great with communication throughout the project which was greatly appreciated. His team did a great job, if you've ever seen "Holmes on Homes" this is the kind of quality work they do. We're very pleased with the completed project and will be calling Mondo for future projects, thanks Roger and Greg.
