 + -1 moreJPW designed and remodeled this space. Crew of 2-3 were punctual and professional. Supervision was good and respectful. Mr. Ware was open to discussion and offered recommendations that worked well. Throughout the house they covered all floor areas over which they would walk and left the place broom clean at the end of each day. They truly created a new look and space.
Description of Work: Winning bid of three offers. Turned a 1922 rough attic into a comfortable, bright room. Installed baffles and attic roof vent, new insulation and walls. Built window-seat-like covers for AC duct work; installed magnetically held storage closet doors that save floor space; constructed bannister and stairs that echo 2nd floor stair area; recessed lighting brightens the area.
