Landscaping
The price was excellent as was the detail of the aeration and seeding. The one snag was that our Invisible Fence was hit by the aerator which cut the underground wire disabling the fence. JD was informed, apologized, and accepted responsibility. I called the Invisible Fence Co. who came out and did the repair. I forwarded a copy of the bill and my payment to JD who, In turn, sent a check to me to cover the full amount of the repair. I want to state that even though there was a glitch, it was so refreshing to do business with a company that took responsibility for a mistake and made good on the promise to cover the expense.
