It went well. Not as quickly as I hoped, but that was not Diversity Remodeling's fault. Jeff was very responsive.

Project had to be approved by Fairfax County and HOA. It was approved by the county but not approved by HOA. Owner went with me to board meeting to explain project and answer questions. (He did not charge me for this.) He assisted me with changes to meet HOA regulations. Work was started in Feb. but was interrupted by several snowstorms. Owner and workers came every day possible and shoveled snow when necessary to get work done as promptly as possible. It was a small group working but they were there when they said they would be and were great to work with. There was even additional work done at no charge. I am very pleased with the sunroom and plan to use this company in the future.

Jeff Hyon, the contractor, has a motto to do it right the first time. Besides he gave me lifetime warranty on his labour. He did the following for my house and has always come back to take care of any problems.
added a mudroom to the exsisting house in 2006
rescued my master-bathroom renovation started by another contractor.-2006
repair roof leaks caused by bad construction (2007) of my Four-Season Sunroom by Window Replacement Co. Had to reconstruct the A-Gable to stop leak-Jan 2014
Open up a wall and install a set of French doors.-Feb 2014
Remodeled my hallway bathroom. - May 2014
