The was a fantastic remodel experience and we will use Clayborne Restorations in the future.  His professionalism and quality of work  has set the bar high for future renovations, which is a good thing.  Left a key for the first day on the job and did not look back. Kitchen tear down happened on the first morning and work began in earnest. Every day we could see progress being made on the renovation.  Within two weeks, had new cabinetry, floors and lights.  Within three weeks, the kitchen was ready to use.  It was very easy picking out the stone for the kitchen floor and the granite counter tops through the local companies Mr. Clayborne deals with on a daily basis.   Due to the floors being refinished, all furniture on the main level had to be moved to the garage and there were no issuse with moving the stuff or replacing it once the job was done.  No broken or damaged furniture and it was cared for as if it were their own.  The employees who did the majority of the work were very professional and a pleasure to be around the few times I was home during the renovation.  They also made sure the dog and cat were not too spooked by the work that was going on in the house.  As the work neared completion, coordinated with Mr. Clayborne on delivery time / date to ensure installation of the new appliances was done once and properly the first time around.  One of my neighbors met the crew before I did and she was even impressed.

The only time the price increased from the original estimate was due to our request on a project that we ran out of time to complete.  No hidden surprises.

Again, we are planning on using Clayborne Restorations again in the future to update our foyer and one set of stairs in the future.  You can't go wrong using Clayborne Restorations.
