CITY REMODELING

We were in need of a contractor to finish our bathroom remodeling in a very short timeframe. We only had 5 weeks to fully complete the remodeling of a master bath and full bathroom. We heard about City Remodeling from a neighbor who had used them. After seeing our neighbor's bathroom, we called City and spoke with Abdul. He was very responsive and polite on the phone and was able to come out the next evening to give an estimate. Abdul came out as scheduled, reviewed the work we needed done and gave the estimate that night. He showed us pictures of his past work, and since we had references from our neighbors, we knew his skill level. It just so happened that another job he was working on was delayed and he was able to start the very next day. We signed the contract and begin the demo. City Remodeling made sure to work with us on moving our furniture, covering all areas completely, including remaining furniture, hallways, stairs, etc. and cleaned up completely at the end of every day. They gave advice on color combo's, helped us bring materials we bought and were patient with our decisions. Also, they made sure to work with us to get the job done in our tight timeframe. Even working a full day on Christmas Eve and on New Years day, as well as on a Sunday ! They came on time every day - and left when that day's scheduled job was done. Never late ! The Master bathroom is 90% done (waiting on the custom shower door to be manufactured & installed) within 9 days. The hallway full bath will be done within 7 days. Overall, we are very very happy with City Remodeling's professionalism and willingness to work to get the job done. We would recommend them to everyone and in fact have already shared their name with some friends interested in remodeling work. Definitely definitely use these guys !

The owner, Abdul Sanei, was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. He was the least expensive of seven estimates. He was ready to work as soon as we accepted his bid. He personally does much of the work and oversees all work that is done in the house. His bid includes labor and basic materials. You pay for the bathroom fixtures and tile. He is very flexible and willing to make changes to the job on the fly. He is eager to ensure that the client is happy with the job. In several cases, he willingly slowed the job to allow us to redesign or procure different fixtures for the bathrooms. During the job when I asked for changes or additional work, he willingly provided recommended and completed solutions, often at no cost to us. The work is currently 90% complete and he is patiently waiting for a final vanity with fixtures to be delivered. I would hire him again for any work I had in the house.

EXCELLENT SERVICE WAS PERFORMED. THE ATTENTIVE SERVICES AND DETAILS WERE OVERSEEN BY A PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISOR. I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY RESPONSIBLE.
