My review is strictly about customer service. They were highly recommended so we took our truck to them the 1st week of Nov. 2019. Called after a week and they were still determining the issue, called the next week and said we need to pay for the part up front (we did on 11/15). Each week we called and was told a different reason for not being able to complete the work, this continued until Jan. The owner got mad because of a comment made on Facebook and told us to pick it up (not fixed). Jan 3rd, we picked up the truck, was refunded the amount minus $273 (labor). I contacted them after 7 days because the refund wasn't showing. Contacted them at 10 days and was told "the owner said "you should just call your bank". I disputed the charges which can take 60 days. They called back and said the refund was "dropped" because it took 3 attempts to complete. Today - 14 days after the initial refund was started it finally showed up. I can't comment about the work, it might be one of the best shops around but be prepared for a long wait, a lot of excuses and hope you don't need a refund.
